We sent our one‑year‑old Doberman, who was full of energy and still very much in the “teenage phase,” and the transformation in just 10 days was incredible. Before training, we struggled with leash pulling, impulse control, and getting consistent obedience when distractions were around. Jolyne approached everything with patience, structure, and a clear understanding of how Dobermans think and learn. When we picked him up, he was a different dog — still his sweet, spirited self, but now with real manners. He learned loose‑leash walking, reliable recall, appropriate greeting, and how to settle calmly instead of reacting to every little thing. Jolyne didn’t just train him; she taught us how to maintain the progress, which made all the difference. The communication throughout the program was fantastic, too. Daily updates, videos, and explanations helped us feel connected and confident in the process. If you’re considering board and train, especially for a working breed like a Doberman, Jolyne is truly exceptional. Ten days with her accomplished more than months of trying to do it on our own. We’re beyond grateful.

I've been taking my 18 month old shih tzu mix to Jolyne for several months for training. She is very knowledgeable about dog behavior and explains the training process thoroughly, making it easy to understand. This is the first time I've worked with a trainer with my dog, and it's really increased our bond. We communicate on a much deeper level. Jolyne knows her stuff and understands both dog and human psychology to teach. I was a little nervous at the beginning and my confidence has increased with each lesson. I love the facility, it's clean and you can tell they know what they're doing. Super organized and professional, and the staff is helpful. I highly recommend taking even 3 classes with Jolyne to better understand your dog, and help your dog understand you and what you expect.
