Central Florida K9

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend Central Florida Canine and especially Cierra. I brought my dog to them for roughly a three-week board-and-train program, and I can honestly say this was not an easy dog to train. He was originally a street dog who was found abandoned in the woods, so he came with his own set of challenges. Cierra was extremely patient with him throughout the entire process. There were a few issues and challenges along the way with his training, but what impressed me was how Central Florida Canine handled them. They stepped up, provided additional lessons, and made a genuine effort to make things right and make sure I was comfortable continuing the training at home. That says a lot about a business. Overall, I am very happy with his progress. He still has some things to work on, which I think is completely normal—training is an ongoing process, and I plan to continue putting in the work with him. The thing that impressed me the most happened almost six months later. He hadn’t seen Cierra during that entire time, and when I brought him back for a follow-up visit, the second he saw her he was incredibly excited and couldn’t wait to greet her. To me, that spoke volumes. Not only did he remember her, but he clearly had a very positive association with her. As an owner, that’s extremely reassuring and says a lot about the way my dog was treated and cared for while he was staying there. I would absolutely use Cierra and Central Florida Canine again, and I would feel comfortable boarding my dog with them in the future. I love Central Florida K-9. I have used them for board and train, at home training, and boarding services. My dog Gambit is stubborn and reactive to people when they come near me (resource guarding). I did a board and train with them (Jolyne) with an at home session and it has made both his and my life so much better. He no longer pulls on walks, I can correct him and he listens, he doesn’t rush the door when the bell rings, I can have friends over again and not have to shut him in a different room the whole time. Life changing! Thank you Central Florida K-9 (Jolyne) for giving us our lives back!
