I’m thrilled with my experience at Cat-jack Training academy! I sent my 6 month old Malinos to board & train with Cat and she came back phenomenal ! Any questions or concerns I had about my puppy Cat was more than happy to answer, and was more than happy to let me visit when lessons weren’t scheduled just to see how Kiara was doing. Within our lessons Cat had made sure I understood and felt comfortable with how Kiara was learning and made me feel comfortable to ask any questions I had if i didn’t understand something. In other words, Kiara is now very confident outside instead of hesitant and has great obedience! I’m Looking forward to coming back for Advance training.

Sent my Doberman for puppy training and basic obedience. I had a great experience throughout my dobies stay here. Cat is very professional and helpful. She kept me updated throughout the board and train sent pictures messages updates and also let me go see my dog whenever I wanted. I definitely recommend her for any services. She has built my dog with so much confidence and manners and still reaches out to me to check on him. She’s amazing 🤩! Definitely will be going back for advanced training.

I sent my two dogs for a 4 week stay and train for separation anxiety and socialization. One of my boys died in her care and the other’s condition has not improved. I did not receive the results I was promised at all. The videos are after I receive my second dog Jasper home. The picture of the kennel is before he broke the door off and was barking so much that it was moved from the wall to where it was in the picture by Jasper.

I really give zero stars and this is why: I am writing this review as a very concerned grandmother. My daughter entrusted this trainer with two dogs, who are deeply loved members of our family, for help with socialization and separation anxiety. While in this trainer’s care one of our dogs passed away. A necropsy was later performed in an effort to understand what happened. The loss has been absolutely devastating for our family. In addition to this tragedy, I have serious concerns about the training services that were supposed to be provided. Since returning home, her remaining dog’s separation anxiety has not improved and may even be worse. I also saw no evidence that meaningful socialization took place. There were no updates or photos showing the dogs being worked with in public or real-world social environments. The photos and content that remain posted appear to show the dogs only in the trainer’s backyard. Training videos posted online appear to feature only the trainer’s own dogs. After his death, our family received a call that raised serious concerns about the training methods being used. We also became aware of reports of other dogs allegedly dying while in this trainer’s care, which was extremely alarming and raised further concerns about animal safety. After completing my own research, I learned that this trainer has not been in the profession for very long. Based on our experience, the lack of results, and the serious safety concerns involved, I do not recommend anyone bring their animals to this trainer. As a grandmother and animal lover, the safety and well-being of animals is my highest priority. Based on everything our family experienced and learned, I do not recommend this trainer’s services and strongly encourage others to proceed with extreme caution when choosing who to trust with their pets.
