Casper Dog Training is just simply the best! Adam started working with our high-energy Labrador Retriever puppy when she was 6 months old, and the change in her behavior was literally immediate. After our first training session, our puppy consistently responded to commands. After the next several sessions, our puppy was not only demonstrating consistency in all that Adam worked with her on, but she was truly less stressed, and started relaxing more throughout the day. Adam is extremely knowledgeable and can answer pretty much any question you throw at him. He is responsive to customers outside of appointment times, and can point you in the right direction for things your dog might need to continue to thrive, even after your last training session. Adam was extremely helpful with arranging booking dates and times, and he goes out of his way to help with the booking/payment options from his website if you need help. If you are open to learning from Adam and can put in the work with your dog after each session, you will absolutely be satisfied with your choice of Casper Dog Training! This review is for their billing/payment services. I had to cancel my dog training session and I canceled it more than the required 24 hours. I received confirmation from Adam that he will reach out to Afterpay and have my money refunded. It’s been a month of me texting and calling for my money to be refunded only to have them ignore my messages. Afterpay won’t help me as they said the merchant has not reached out to them. I just want my money back. Terrible customer service

We booked 6 training sessions with Adam for our 7 month old puppy, Mack. He's a retriever/husky mix and was getting to be a handful as he got bigger and bigger. He was acting up, jumping on guests, biting furniture and carpets throughout the house. After the first session we saw immediate results in Mack's behavior, which gave us some confidence to leave him alone in the house for a short while for dinner or to run errands. We're only 3 sessions through and Mack is a completely changed dog. He listens when we call him, doesn't destroy any furniture, has learned to wait in his bed when guests come to the door instead of jumping on them when they walk in, and has improved significantly during our daily walks as he used to pull to the point that I felt I was choking him. I highly recommend Adam and the Casper Dog Training staff for any dog, old or new, to help with any concerns people may have with their dogs.
