Cascadia K9

Mari is simply amazing. She helped train our dog reactive, high prey drive, and anxious rescue pup Cooper five years ago, and he’s been going back with her for board and trains ever since. She’s given us the gift of being able to speak the same language as Coop, equipped us with tools and resources to maintain his training and we’re now able to do things with him that we couldn’t have imagined. He goes hiking, camping, and behaves well at home with our other animals. We also have such peace of mind leaving town and knowing that he is in her care. She’s reliable, communicative, professional and obviously loves dogs so much. Coopers entire body wiggles with excitement when she comes to pick him up and we say, “Mari’s here!” He adores her, feels confident being in her care, and always returns happy and well-cared for. Maybe even a little better behaved 😉 Can’t sing her praises enough.

My boy Zepolli was one of the unrelenting, high anxiety, always moving and overwhelmed with everything. His brain and body are two different entities! Before Cascadia K9, he was days away from me, having to make a decision to take him back to the shelter. Reaching out was the BEST decision for both he and I. After his board and train, Zepolli came home with skills! All the good boy manners and even better outlets for his young adolescent tendencies! He is doing amazing, and I am much more confident with the control of his needs! A lifelong bond with Cascadia K9 and crew with behavioral refreshing when we both need some touch ups! Mari is absolutely amazing! She’s been working with my Doberman, Tooka, who struggled with aggression toward people and other dogs. Mari’s patience, skill, and dedication have made a huge difference. I’m so grateful for the time she put into helping us. Tooka is now so much more manageable—we can actually go out in public without her going crazy. I can’t recommend Mari enough if you’re dealing with a reactive or aggressive dog. She truly knows what she’s doing!

Cascade K9 and Mari is our go to for taking care of our high maintenance and behavioral rescue project Pitbull Piggy. The convience of having her picked up and dropped off, and the reassurance of knowing our baby is with an experienced trainer, allows us to go on vacations without worry. The best part is that our moody and nervous girl is always excited for another trip and comes home happy and relaxed. Mari is also incredibly reliable and has never cancelled on us over the several years we have trust her with our precious Piggy. She is fantastic!

Absolutely amazing work all around!! My dog was 2 and uncontrollable for most including myself.. after meeting and talking to the people at this establishment, we set up a plan and schedule for my pup to attend training. He’s been going to them for about 6 months now and I’ve seen tremendous improvement!! My dog even boards with them every other weekend!! He absolutely loves them and feels so safe. It’s amazing to know I can take him somewhere and not stress, even with how much anxiety he had prior to this. They’re super friendly and have always been flexible with me and my needs! I definitely recommend bringing your furry friend to them!
