Our residency programs are a favorite solution for dog owners who either don't have the time to devote to the daily dog training process and who would rather have Carolina Dog Training, LLC do the "heavy lifting" regarding establishing a training foundation that subsequently only has to be maintained after your dog has already been Trained by Elaine™. Additionally, this unique program is ideal for dogs lacking healthy social skills with other dogs. Since your dog will be integrated into our balanced pack, he or she will learn the joy and peace of being a cooperative member of the group.

For owners who have the time and desire to commit to taking an active role in the dog training process, consider in home dog training. Carolina Dog Training, LLC will train you and your dog in the familiar environment of your own home and neighborhood, including local hot spots! Pet stores, greenways, and dog walking sites are a few good examples where we will work together to achieve a customized list of your goals.

Carolina Dog Training, LLC can assist you in the process of becoming a Pet Partner Therapy Animal Team as well as provide the necessary training for your dog to attain the basic obedience skills required to pass the Team Evaluation! Elaine's program brought structure and discipline to our high energy (all love) Mini Bernedoodle. He was well behaved with us but when he met new people or new dogs his energy went through the roof and he lost complete control of himself. He now does 90% of his walks off leash, walks by other dogs, listens to all commands, and when you tell him to "take a break" around new people and dogs he is SO MUCH better behaved. Elaine is an awesome trainer, partner and fully committed to teach in the dogs as well as owners. You have to be willing to make the commitment, and if you are, the results are game changing. We now have the family dog we hoped for...one that can go with us wherever. It is a no brainer to recommend Elaine. If you are remotely considering it...go for it because you won't be disappointed!

Elaine is terrific. She is patient with the owners (us) and gets fabulous results in a short period of time. She is extremely knowledgable about all aspects of dogs. She explains what needs to be done in an easy, comprehensible way. We have used a number of trainers in the past. By far, Elaine is THE best!

Only a few days out of training and we have walked in multiple crowded parks and other areas without issue. Elaine cares about the dogs, explains everything in detail and is available for questions/help even after the training. I highly recommend Elaine’s training program and will be contacting her for training with my next pup.

Elaine is brilliant! I can’t believe how much my puppy learned in just 2 weeks. We dropped him off knowing very little and picked him up having mastered many commands. He is so well behaved and has made our home life much more enjoyable.
