We sincerely question the validity of this review. Ms. Hoppp, there is nothing in your review that rings true AT ALL regarding Carolina Canine College. What class did you take? Who was the instructor? Frankly, we don't have time to talk about competing businesses to anyone, much less clients. We have also NEVER had anyone bitten on the leg by a dog. <br><br>We take concerns about the care of dogs and the safety of our clients very seriously, which is why this review is particularly concerning. We have thoroughly searched our client database and have NO record of anyone under the name associated with this review ever receiving services from Carolina Canine College.<br><br>Your statement that you have used our business for several years makes this especially difficult to understand. We maintain client and dog records for our services, yet we cannot locate your name or any history of your dog attending classes, daycare, boarding, grooming, or training with us.<br><br>We are also very concerned by your statement that your daughter was bitten by a dog at our facility. An incident of that nature is something we would take seriously and want to investigate, yet we cannot identify any client, dog, or incident matching what you have described.<br><br>You also state that women at Carolina Canine College repeatedly made negative comments about another business. We would like the opportunity to address that concern as well, but we need to know whom you are referring to. Please provide the name or names of the staff members or instructors involved, or a description if you do not know their names.<br><br>It is also important to clarify that Carolina Canine College moved into an entirely new facility in April 2026. Without being able to identify you as a client, we cannot determine what facility, time period, or circumstances you are describing.<br><br>We welcome legitimate feedback, including criticism, and will always address a problem when one occurs. Please contact us directly with the name under which you or your dog received services, your dog’s name, the approximate date of the bite incident involving your daughter, and the identity of the staff member or members referenced in your review. With that information, we can verify your relationship with Carolina Canine College and properly investigate these claims.

We’re so glad you love the new yard as much as the dogs do; they have given it a very enthusiastic paws of approval!
