Carol has been absolutely fantastic! We adopted our dog in November from a shelter. He’s a puppy mill survivor and we knew he was going to need training. He was shy, scared and really struggling to cope. We called Carol based off her reviews on her website and greatly appreciated her quick response. Anytime we email to ask questions she gets back to us right away. She knew we needed to get him help quickly so she set up a one on one as soon as she could. When we say we email her a lot of questions, we really do and she answers all of them! Her prices are fair and her training is working. Carol is terrific! We thoroughly enjoyed her class. The classes are smaller so Carol has more time to spend with you and the dogs which I really enjoyed. Our pup Chester learned lots in a short amount of time. The “Focus” training was very important to learn and Carol made it easy. I would recommend Carol to anyone who has a dog.
