Where do I even begin? Helen was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She took the time to answer every single one of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. She was thorough, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we understood everything before leaving our dog in her care. One thing that meant so much to our family is that my husband primarily speaks Spanish, and Helen is fluent in Spanish. She was able to explain everything clearly in his language, answer all of his questions, and make both of us feel completely comfortable and confident about dropping our dog off for training. Throughout the program, they kept us updated with videos of our dog’s progress, which gave us so much peace of mind. Seeing the transformation along the way was amazing. The go-home session was something I never expected. We spent nearly three hours learning—not just about what our dog had learned, but about how dogs actually think and learn. Helen explained the marker system, what words to use and avoid, how to properly hold the leash, how to use the e-collar, and how to communicate with our dog in a way that made sense. It was like attending a master class in dog behavior. Before this experience, I honestly had no idea how much knowledge and science went into training a dog. I used to think dogs were just simple animals, but now I realize they’re incredibly intelligent. With the right coaching and communication, they’re capable of so much. Helen and Brad are an amazing team, but Helen’s kindness, patience, and ability to teach truly stood out.
