It took awhile to get ahold of them, but they were very responsive once I was able to get in touch. I tried to take my dog for day care and they requested I come back an hour later to pick her up. They said she was very stressed and jumping/biting at another dog's face. I totally understand that behavior can't be accommodated. It was surprising, though, because I board her whenever I go out of town (4-6 times per year) with 6-8 dogs and I've received nothing but positive feedback and videos of her playing well with the dogs. I also took her to full day training/day care last year that was three days per week (9-530) for about 3 months and also no issues. Ultimately, the environment was just not a good fit with her personality. My dog is high energy, so if your dog leans high energy or high anxiety, this is probably not for you.
