Canyons Canine Training

Andrea is a dream to work with. I have a high energy 1.5 year old poodle who I wanted to e-collar train with the focus on off leash hiking. I was quickly overwhelmed by the information on my own and wanted to train with someone who was knowledgeable about using the e collar for recall. Andreas program helped me become confident with my dog off leash. She’s very knowledgeable and offers a lot of information without it being overwhelming. She’s also very approachable and is easy to reach out to when you face a bump in the road. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for any training for your dog!

Andrea has been absolutely amazing to work with. 1.5 years ago we adopted a pitbull mix named Monty with severe reactivity issues. We couldn't walk half a football field away from another dog without him lunging, barking and growling. It came to a point where we couldn't take Monty on adventures with us like we dreamed to do with our dog. By working with Andrea, Monty was able to develop more positive feelings towards dogs and learn how to play and be a dog. We now look forward to taking him to the park and walking around the city and hiking in the mountains. Not only did Andrea help Monty, she also taught us so much as owners and really helped me discover a passion for working with dogs. I would 1000% recommend her to anyone with any kind of dog. She is fabulous and has changed our lives! You can trust her with your dog, not only is she a fabulous trainer but you can tell she really cares about you and your dog and treats them like her own.
