Canis Major Dog Training

Faith worked with our Pappy through the Barkmore daycare/training program for 10 weeks. We were beyond impressed with her from the beginning. She was so thorough and really got to know Pappy before even starting the first session. The videos and reports she sent us weekly were so detailed and extremely helpful to us keeping his training consistent. We saw results after every single session; I honestly did not expect to get as much out of his program as we did. Friends and family have even noticed how well mannered he has become. And not only did she nip his social wildness (for lack of better term lol) in the bud, she also embraced his goofy personality and made it fun for him; it was obvious in the videos she would send. Faith is 100000% doing exactly what she was called to do, and we will recommend her to anyone!

Where do I begin? Compassion, kindness, knowledgeable, organized, just a few words to describer our trainer! Our border collie, Pearl, had an amazingly high reactivity level and was terrorizing our older dog, as well as charging animals via the windows in our home. Pearl was becoming a threat to humans due to her high reactivity levels. It was an accident waiting to happen! We adore our dog but were so frustrated as our traditional training methods were failing to meet our dog's needs. Ashley came to our home. She assessed Pearl and our expectations, and needs throughly with a detailed family interview and observation. Pearl enrolled in the VIP training. She receives training and so do we! Pearl's reactivity is decreasing and we know how to better support and redirect her and of course, Pearl adores Ashley! The change in Pearl and our lives has been nothing short of amazing! We were able to take Pearl on a short vacation and her reactivity has decreased greatly overall. We would never have been able to have a successful trip for Pearl without Ashley's training and insight. This delights us as we love our dog and want her to be an active family member. Pearl is still a work in progress and we look forward to Ashley continuing her training with us so Pearl can live her best life.
