Canines At Training

All the trainers at Canines at Training are highly knowledgeable as they deal with all different dog behaviors. Our labradoodle fur baby is as sweet as can be but has more energy than she knows what to do with. She wants to love everybody and every dog but because of limited socialization during Covid quarantine, she is very fearful. The people she loves the best are her trainers! Thank you for recommending agility training as a way for Bailey to run off some of her excess energy. She loves it and so do we!! They allowed both me and my husband to attend during COVID times and had partitioned areas to keep every family separate. I think this is so important to have the whole family involved no matter what. My puppy went into this program with a lot of DIY training but they explained to me not to rush my training and prioritize socialization. Thank god for them!! We refined some of our basics and learned to execute them with a LOT of distractions. They show the puppies varying "scary" everyday objects and even have a conditioning course at the end. They always encourage questions and never make you feel dumb. I really like that they have a primary instructor and then another instructor who goes around the room to see if anyone is struggling or needs help. We also attended a puppy social. This was totally unlike other puppy plays that we've been to. They don't expect your puppy to play with every pup and make sure to match your puppy with friends based on temperament for a great experience. Overall, I loved our experience with CAT and I'm so excited for their diverse offerings. We will be taking several more classes!

My fiancé and I were looking for a place to help train our new 4 month old puppy when we found Canine at Training. We signed up for the Puppy I class and were blown away by the professionalism and knowledge that they had to offer! The trainers and assistances are there to help you guide you and your puppy through the tricks, walking etiquette, and getting your puppy accustomed to socializing with other people, dogs, and objects. Our puppy sly has already benefited a lot from Puppy I and we’ve already signed up for Puppy II!
