About Canine Training Services
My name is Doctor Elliott Briggs. I started this home-based company to do training right. I offer a wide range of dog training services including basic obedience, service dog training, canine rehabilitation (working with aggressive, fearful, or other unwanted behaviors) Before working with dogs I practiced clinical psychology and applied behavior analysis. Later on I adapted the behavior sciences I had learned to dog training. This has given me a strong understanding of both canine and human behavior. I love dogs and it is my goal to provide affordable and highly effective dog training. Whether you need your furry little buddy to support you, protect you, or just behave better. I can make it happen!

My husband and myself are very greatful to Elliiott. We have a half Boston half French bulldog rescued straight from a puppy mill. He was about a year when we got him and he became so possesive of us we could not have company at all, not even are adult children. He would bark, scream try to bite and just misbehave terrible. When I called Canine Services I was about ready to tear my hair out. Elliott came to our rescue and within a short time our Dog was like a different one. No more barking and biting. No more running to the door to scare our guests.He just made our lives normal again.We will always be grateful to him. If we ever have any other problems I wouldn't hesitate to call him back. My dogs started fighting after 2 months together. Elliott has helped us stop their fighting and they are much more well behaved in the house. Walks are very enjoyable now too.
A few short months ago my 9 year old dog bit someone. My dog has been through training as a pup and did ok with basic commands. However, he had reactive issues with larger males periodically. Desperate to keep my fur baby, I was recommended to CTS. After a few sessions with Elliot, my dog was more confident and no longer is reactive. Today, we have a completely different dog.
Elliot was so helpful with our scared and anxious rescue! We had only planned on having a few lessons, but it was so helpful we kept going and plan to do more! Flapjack has made a lot of progress and we feel much more confident in ourselves.
