Canine Solutions Dallas is absolutely incredible. I had taken my dog to several other trainers before I found them and no one was able to train my dog. Until a came across Canine Solutions. Wow I was blown away with what all they accomplished in such a small amount of time. The talent they have with dogs are incredible. The positive reinforcement, patience, knowledge, top notch service , and the love they have for animals is absolutely amazing. Keisha totally out did what I was even thinking possible for my dog Bitzy. This is differently the place to go if you need your dog trained. I can’t praise them enough !!!!! Look no farther , you have found your new dog trainer. You will love them and so will your dog!!!!

This is the real deal! My black Labrador Gidget went to stay with the trainers for only 2 weeks and came back amazingly a new dog. This is not a stick several dogs in a kennel and work with your dog a few times a day. Instead these ladies take only one dog at a time for training at their home and every where they go. They gave my life back to me. Keisha, Valerie, Bailey and the other trainers in Rockwall are sooo good to work with and have a wealth of knowledge and techniques to share that make life so much easier. With my multiple disabilities I hardly ever was able to get out of my house and now with Gidget's help I get out almost daily. She is able to provide support with my balance issues and helps tremendously with my PTSD. She is so obedient and is not afraid of any noises, textures to walk on or other people and animals of all kinds. She is very attentive to my physical and emotional needs. If you need a service dog or your dog is just unruly Keisha, Valerie, Bailey and their crew in Rockwall are who can gently get the job done and will work with your needs! Our dog was neglected in every way while staying with these two lying, cheating ladies. My story is too long to post but suffice it to say I had to spend a lot of time dealing with this situation and after 20 months I still have not received the full refund they promised once they knew i was serious. They did pay our dog’s nearly $900 vet bill from a terrible infection in his neck area from her dog biting outs and it going undetected for days. They said they’d send updates, blah blah blah. Their Facebook videos are a joke. It’s like they purposely said things (that they take calls/texts 24 hrs a day and always respond quickly). Once they sent me a video of Keisha pretending to brush my dog, and I saw his condition, I immediately was sickened and made plans to pick him up. Our dog bit Keisha because she went up behind him at pickup. At drop off she said he’d never bite her because she’d never put herself in that position to give him the opportunity. Well, she did by going up behind him to stop him from jumping my Dad’s leg. I have all the documentation that I presented in civil court and the judgement was issued. It was NOT granted because they didn’t show up but because it was blatantly obvious to the judge that they neglected him and I have, on their letterhead, confirmation that Valerie stated she’s giving a full refund. She also sent me a copy of a check that was never mailed. STAY AWAY! Read all reviews!!! DO NOT DO THE 14 DAY TRAINING WHERE THEY KEEP YOUR DOG AT THEIR HOME WITH THEIR DOG. They offer zero paperwork, only accept Zelle and don’t give a receipt. There’s so much more but I’m exhausted by what’s happened over this situation.

Never ever go here, I went a few months back with my Doberman wasted more than 2k in her and didn’t learn anything, I took her to another trainer and he said my dog was hit while being there he examined her and she had a cut which was not there when I dropped her off. My dog was calm when she left and for some reason when she came back she was scared of any type of stick, they also don’t reach out, I tried to reach out multiple times because they don’t reach out to you they don’t tell you anything and the trainer would tell me to stop because I was interfering with the time she trained my dog, which all she learnt was go down and wait. Over 2k just learn 2! Tricks is absurd. Then after her training was over I noticed she wouldn’t like to go out anymore or if someone tried to come close to her she would freak out, tried contacting Valerie and she didn’t try and help me. I had to pay more money with a good trainer and he helped me out a lot. She’s a different dog that when she went there. The worst place to go they don’t help or answer when you have questions about your dog when you drop them off. Just don’t go here.
