Canine Solutions

We adopted “Lucky” a 12+mo old terrier mix from the shelter. She was anxious, and always on a leash. She would tug, pull and break away. She would not focus, follow simple commands. I was referred to Canine Solutions by a friend and she said “Lucky” will come home a different dog. Dawn was professional & personable. She explained the training program when we met and left “Lucky” for 2 weeks. She sent us videos, photos, & text messages of her progress. At the end of 2 weeks, Dawn trained us on what “Lucky” had learned and accomplished. “Lucky” is home and is a different dog! She is no longer on a leash all the time. She is attentive and obedient. Dawn & Canine Solutions exceeded our expectations.

Jeep knew basic commands, but Dawn was able to take his listening skills and his obedience to the next level. She was so thorough and helped me identify the behaviors that I wanted to see improved in Jeep, and I can say without a doubt that I have a brand new dog!! He leaves things alone when I tell him to “leave it”, he no longer responds to dogs on walks, he walks so nicely on the leash now, and his off leash recall is superb!!! And while I missed him terribly, Dawn was amazing about sending me pictures and videos of him and his progress!! She provides such a personalized service and I can’t thank her enough for all the training and care she’s showed my dog.
