Canine Revolution Dog Training

I sent my dog to canine revolution. This was my third attempt at helping him with his reactivity, and the improvement has been huge. My dog now walks on the leash perfectly and we walk past several dogs and he barely reacts. He is no longer waking up and barking at every noise in the middle of the night, he listens better as well. I would recommend them to anyone Butterscotch absolutely loves the trainers at canine revolution and especially Kevin.

After a very in depth conversation/inter with the Canine Revolution staff, we jointly decided to send our 7 month Bernedoodle puppy to them for the 4 week advanced training session. We elected to drop off Hudson, however they were willing to pick him up at our home or meet us half way (we live in Lexington SC). Upon dropping off Hudson we met his primary trainer Kevin. Kevin immediately established a positive relationship with Hudson and us. Throughout the 4 weeks of training we received frequent update texts from Kevin in addition to the bi-weekly video updates. Prior to pick up, Kevin sent us tons of information about the training Hudson had recorded . Most importantly was the homework for us that outlined what Hudson would expect of us as his pack leaders and handlers. Picking up Hudson was simple and our training session with Kevin was smooth and informative. WOW, Hudson was a different dog! He was ready to be a functioning member of our family. His leash training is amazing, he is obedient/listens to us and much calmer and relaxed. I was very concerned that Hudson’s personality would be “trained out of him”, becoming a robot. That is far from what happened! If anything, his personality is more positively defined. We just had a one month follow up with Kevin at our home, Kevin said he is doing great! We look forward to future follow up sessions with Kevin and the group events/sessions with other graduates. I recommend following Canine Revolution on all the socials and YouTube. We have a one year old GSP/Mastif mix. She’s a great dog, but had so much energy and no control over herself. A friend recommended Canine Revolution and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! We still have follow up work to do to provide consistency but our pup has learned lots of manners! Additionally, I feel like our trainer, Kevin, has provided us with the tools to make sure she’s successful moving forward. We did the four week program and I missed my dog SO bad, but Kevin provided videos during the week and answered my checkin questions in between. I highly recommend Canine Revolution!

I had an elderly chiweenie and wanted to add another dog to our family, so my husband and I got a Great Dane puppy. Lots of insights on the internet assured us Great Danes love other dogs and boy our Ruby did love little Lucy… but way too much. She was constantly trying to play with our elderly little dog- completely unaware how much larger she was than her and it often caused problems. Lucy got defensive, Ruby would cry- it was a nightmare. I had to separate them often and could only keep them together when Ruby was really tired (Puppy Great Danes dont get really tired easily) Ruby had a big heart, but her lack of self-awareness often led her to trouble and people cautious around her bc she acted like Godzilla (if Godzilla was really cute and trying to play all the time) We sent Ruby to the advance class for 4 weeks and the dynamics in our home has completely changed, she is more confident, Lucy is more confident and my Husband and I are more confident. I feel like I’m able to spend more time bonding with Ruby and training is a joy not a headache. I have not had to separate Lucy and Ruby once she’s returned. I noticed when Ruby was returned to me, she also seemed to really like and bond with the trainers. Also to speak on the trainer, ours was Danny and he was so great. He sent timely updates and responded promptly and throroughtly to my messages about Ruby throughout her training. Him and his team are professional and are extremely knowledgeable trainers. From this I have two pieces of advice 1. If you’re going to get a big dog when you already have a small dog, you have to train them to respect other people’s spaces 2. That training should involve Canine revolution dog training 5 stars. Worth every penny.
