If I could give Alex and Abby more than 5 stars I would. Alex and Abby not only found us our dream protection dog, they also helped do the impossible which was to train our other two dogs that we adopted from the town we are living in. Their level of professionalism, true love and admiration for dogs and their training program is something that simply cannot go unnoticed. If we didn’t already have 3 dogs we would absolutely look to them for another dog. The delivery process of the dog and training program of my husband and myself was also exceptional they made sure they did not leave until we were completely comfortable and confident.

Love this group! They took in our Dutch Malinois, Däsh and really corrected some aggressive puppy behavior. He’s now not only a fierce protector of our family and home, he’s loving and tame when he needs to be as well. Not only did they sharpen the training of Däsh, they made sure to train us as well. We found it to be just as important to be trained as the handlers as it was for Däsh to know commands and manners. The follow-ups to maintain the trainings have been awesome. It’s like he’s the best of both worlds for us.

CPI is an amazing place. I think it is a bit on the high priced side of things however you definitely get what you pay for and in dog training that phrase speaks volumes. I have paid to have my dogs trained there for What they called their In house training at the time. John who I understand to be the owner is an amazing person. He has a wealth of knowledge about dogs and not just protection dogs For example German shepherds Belgian malinois Doberman pinchers and the like. He really works with you and teaches you thr new owner how to work with your dog. Once they have trained your dog the dog knows what it is doing. It may need to have a refreshing from time to time but the dogs are trained and they are trained exactly to the specifications that you and John had discussed. The truth becomes a hard reality for owners. They think the dog is doing something wrong when we as a owner will say down when a dog has jumped on something or someone. We do it because it is how we speak but down is the dogs training for the down command. We as dog moms and dads don't say the correct words so we.... are confusing things ourselves. We had a German Shepherd and we did the 1 month in-house training and when our girl came back it was astonishing what our dog was able to do, and shortly after she came home our daughter was giving her a few commands that were incorrect and caused confusion to the dog but John was able to correct the problem just by talking to us over the phone. He was able to understand the issue from our conversation and taught us the correct way to improve the command. This is a great example of how we as owners can make the smallest changes without ever knowing we did it wrong. John and the team at CPI have some amazing animals and the best part is that when you work with John he understands that the dog you have or are buying is a member of your family and he really wants to see the dog as a long lasting member so when he talks with you it isn't like your are being sent to the Principal because you broke something. He actually has seen it and has delt with it in the past and talks to you with genuine care and concern thatvhe can help you. All in all I will continue to use CPI for my dog's. They are great my family really believes they do what they do because they Love the dogs and their Clients. The team at CPI truly are happy when they help you bring another member to your family
