We left our 7 month old golden retriever with Steve for 3 weeks. He communicated with us daily and provided pictures and/or video updates of the training progress every 2nd or 3rd day. When we picked her up, she was doing everything that he said she would be able to do during our initial interview / discussion. It was also obvious to us that she bonded with Steve in a positive way during her stay. On pick-up day, Steve spent several hours with us to train us on how to continue the program to continue refining her behavior. He has a great property and shop setup for this type of training. Steve also checked-in with us after we returned home to check on how things are going. Very willing to have follow-up conversations to make sure we're doing all the right things. Very satisfied and would recommend this service.

It was a Great Day when I saw Steve’s ad and decided to check it out! I decided I wanted to learn to breed and train Therapy dogs. I researched dogs and decided to start with a Havanese. My son and his family had decided to get a dog as well. Their dog is an Australian Shepherd but she is deaf and partially blind. None of us had worked with a deaf dog. My son and I went to check in with Steve. He was knowledgeable in where we needed to start with both dogs. He also had some newer training ideas that makes training much easier. We really appreciate his assistance. I plan to continue working with Steve to continue Brody’s journey to become a Therapy dog.

Steve Hill came to our house for a few hours to help with our newfound fur Baby and I say Baby is because she acts like a big baby but she’s 110 pound four year old shepherd who someone dropped off in my front yard and we kept however, I am not big enough or young enough to control her. She won’t bite you. She just wants to jump on you. She wants you to run and play. I can’t do that, I was miserable how to communicate with her for hours later after he arrived and the tricks and the little tips and the methods that he showed us she is now crate drained she goes to bed when I tell her she will play fetch with you whereas before she would run and get it and come back to you, but she wouldn’t turn loose of it. I have her dropping it now she’s only jumped on two people in the last three weeks, I’ve been able to controller to that amount which makes the life in this house so much easier he is awesome. I watched videos. I looked online. I tried all those tips. Nothing nothing phased her so all I’ve got to say is that was the best fee I have ever paid for any services for my dogs and over the last 34 years, we have had five rescue dogs. All of them were pretty much well House trained. This one was not. She came from a farm so she was allowed to do whatever she wanted whenever she wanted for a few years but now I can even take her to the pet store and she’s right there. She’s right there, you get the right equipment talk to Steve and have him give you the right tips exercises and things that your independent needs and you will have a wonderful life after that thank you Steve.
