We had our three dogs complete Canine Moxy’s Snake Avoidance class. Highly recommended for anyone whose dog(s) may encounter venomous snakes. The program is far more comprehensive than other snake avoidance training. Some classes only provide a brief negative reinforcement exposure to snakes which may not be sufficient training. Utilizing both negative and positive reinforcement, Kris’ program teaches dogs not only that snakes are dangerous, but how they should respond when encountered. The expert snake handler provided critical knowledge for dog owners which added to the comprehensive nature of this course. We are planning to reinforce our dog’s training with yearly snake training at Canine Moxy and continue other training with Kris. Canine Moxy and Kris provide exceptional training and we highly recommend.

5 Stars is not enough! You NEED to bring your dog to Kris/Canine Moxy. Our once reactive and aggressive rescue has now been properly trained and socialized, allowing us to feel more confident and comfortable handling her and allowing her to enjoy more of life! We had multiple trainers turn us down saying they couldn't help us but Kris welcomed us with open arms and believed in our sweet girl from the very start. We (along with many others who train with Kris) talk about how we saw behavior changes after only 1 class - Kris is truly an expert in the industry. He will not waste your time/money with ineffective training approaches. We can not thank Kris and Canine Moxy enough for changing our and our dogs' lives in such a positive way - we are forever grateful!!!

My husband and I recently attended the leash walking class and after 1 hour, we had noticeable results. Kris was very knowledgeable and took time to explain his advice and had us practice to make sure we were on the same page!

I actually obtain my newest addition, Enzo, from Kris. He had a number of puppies. He really took care of Enzo making sure he was healthy and happy. Since I had an 8 year out pittie mix, Ivy, I wanted to make sure they got along before I took Enzo home. He recommended I bring Ivy down to meet him. I immediately liked how he wanted to make sure they would work out together before I added him to my family. Since I needed training, I have purchased two - 2 hour individual training sessions with Kris at my residence. Kris is very knowledgeable. He works with you and your dog. As everyone knows it is the owner not the dog that needs the most training. Kris is very patient showing you the most effective way to have the positive outcome. He addresses your concerns. I have had multiple trainers over the years of having dogs. I really like his approach. I would recommend Canine Moxie for yourself and your dogs.
