My dog Prince, was extremely reactive to both people and dogs to the point the other trainers I tried would not know what to do with him. Once we found Kris and started working with him, he is a TOTALLY different dog! He is now able to be around people and and greet dogs without any worry. Kris gave me the tools needed to understand my dogs reactivity and working with him has been the biggest blessing for my life and Prince's! 10/10 recommend him for your dog training.

Kris blew me away with his knowledge of dogs and ability to quickly get us on the same page with our pup. We will be working with him in the future and telling everyone we know about him. If you’re on the fence about working with Kris and his team, get off it. Run, don’t walk, to work with him and his crew.

Kris really understands large working breed dogs and we are so lucky to have met him. I came to Kris to help my intense high energy German Shepard socialize better with other dogs. I also wanted to slow down some of the barking, learn to ride peacefully in the car, and get to the point where we could go everywhere together without reacting. I thought this would take months and months since my dog is already four years old. I've now done orientation (an awesome class just for humans), four group classes and one private lesson. Our goals are almost complete and we're already talking about teaching my dog to smell and alert me if my food contains any allergens. I'm truly amazed at the progress we've made in such a short time. The best part is that my dog loves Kris. My dog gets so excited when he realizes we're close to school, and blocked the door at the end of our private lesson so that Kris could not leave. Unfortunately, Kris escaped but we'll see him again for class soon. I can't recommend Kris highly enough! (The leash he custom makes is worth every penny, too.)

THE WORLDS BEST KEPT SECRET - We were referred to Canine Moxie for our dog, who was having troubles at her doggie day care. Kris, the owner, begins with a 3-hour orientation all about dogs psychology and different training styles along with amazing info on things that we had never even thought of! The 3 hours sped by quickly, was extremely engaging and honestly, I could have listened for a few hours more! After the orientation class, we promptly bought a month of training (VERY reasonably priced!) And headed on over for her first session. We were blown away! Our dog has never been able to be in the same room as other dogs or new people especially in new environments. She did absolutely stellar! I held back tears a lot of the time as I finally felt there is some hope for our dog to be a better part of the family and a better dog of doggy society. Kris is extremely professional, experienced in anything that you may want to know, and draws from his personal life experience to connect with your animal. We are so excited to work with canine Moxie!!! I would like to add a piece on to this review now that we have been going to Canine Moxy for over six months...What Kris has done for us and our family will never be forgotten or taken for granted. We can now walk out dog down the street without her being reactive, we can drive in the car with her without fear of her breaking the windows, and have introduced her to new dogs and people....something we never thought would be possible. The work that Canine Moxy did for our way of life with Zelda has been TRANSFORMATIVE. Kris is A GEM!!!
