I have a rescue named Astro and for the past few years I’ve struggled with handling him and navigating situations due to his reactivity towards people and other dogs. I found Leah and I’ve been working with her for the past 4 months. She has given me the best support, guidance, and resources to help me and my dog. Since I started the training program, Leah has always been super available for my questions and has given me tons of resources to pair with our private lessons. More recently, my dog has been doing daycare with her. She’s truly helped build a custom training program for my dog, from nutrition recommendations, to how to work my dog mentally and physically. I’ve seen how her somatic training has been therapeutic for healing my dog. I’ve never trusted someone more with my dog, and I’m truly grateful l I found her. I’d recommend Leah to anyone who could use some help with their pup. Whether your dog is reactive or your new puppy needs training, Leah is the best around. Most of all, she approaches each situation with empathy, and truly cares about you and your pet.

HIRE LEAH SHE KNOWS WHAT SHES DOING!! My dogs are not the best socially, when you hire someone to deal with your babies you need someone who is confident in their skills & not fearful. I hired Leah to do a behavioral assessment for my young, mixed breed dog (German shepherd + golden retriever, 1-year old). Leah came to my house and - after observing Rockie in the house, yard, and on a short walk - she provided me with great insight into what it might take to help Rockie find some calm in environments that are overstimulating for him. Leah helped me as a handler by shifting my priorities to best help Rockie in the long-term. Leah did a great job of explaining the "why" behind the specific guidance she provided; it's evident to me that she understands the whole system that she was recommending to me. I also appreciate that Leah considered the entire environment that my dog was living in - not just Rockie's experience out on walks, but where he sleeps, how he eats, etc. After the behavioral assessment, Leah sent me lots of great resources that she has on hand and has been responsive to questions I've had. If you are willing to invest some money into improving your dog's experience (and your own experience as a handler!), then I'd definitely recommend working with Leah! It was worth it for me.
