FirstBarkThe Canine Learning center teaches the training techniques AND helps understand your canine companion point of view. I have a very "excited to greet people and dogs" dog. She just loves everyone - alot. On her first visit to the Canine Learning Center (CLC) she did extremely well! I was amazed - on her first visit! I highly recommend CLC to all. They go above and beyond every day.

$140 for a six week class, one hour each week.

Can you help train service dogs?
No they do not provide service dog training but they do provide excellent obedience training that can be applied to service dog training, if you're hoping to train a service dog on your own

Do you have daycare available for puppies, that will involve socialization eith other puppies?
We do have puppies in daycare. Depending on age and size, they are not allowed to mingle with the other dogs but we are careful to bring them appropriate friends

Wonderful and very supportive place to train your dog! I have been taking classes and attending drop ins for almost three years now and I have been very happy with my experience. Owner and trainer, Julie, is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and encouraging towards her students. She was an instrumental part in helping my undersocialized ACD gain confidence and become a more well-rounded dog. Millie has a full body wag whenever we walk through the door :) I have also taken puppy kindergarten and basic obedience with Karen, who is another wonderfully knowledgeable trainer! She is very friendly and happy to answer questions. The training community at the CLC is welcoming and very helpful to new handlers. We always enjoy seeing our friends, human and canine alike!

The positive/kind training style has already helped me communicate with her better and was fun!
