Canine Kingdom Downers Grove

This place has been amazing to watch and see what they work on and how they work on with my little guy. When Toby first started he was a shy little nervous dog who didn’t necessarily want to be around anyone. Now it’s his favorite place to go, everyone loves to see him there and he’s much prouder and social than ever. An awesome place to go to with how well they all work together, couldn’t be happier with them!

We checked out many training places. After talking with the owner for about an hour on the phone, which he answered my million questions, we made an appointment to check out the the school. He again sat and talked with us and answered the next list of questions. Jerry just finished is 30 classes just coming a couple times a week and now will join the alumni group. Jerry absolutely loves coming to be with all his friends.

My dog attended for 1 year and he does not know any of his commands. I am taking him somewhere else now to get him professionally trained. These trainers do not teach anything and the private lessons are worthless, all they do is talk. I am convinced that they don't actually work with the dogs during the day and they just play. I wish I could get my money back. The system they use to book grooming is terrible. It shows unavailable times for grooming. They will then review and cancel your appointment. Why would you list available times that are not actually available. That makes zero sense and provides terrible customer experience.

We had a private in-home session with Josh to make sure that as the first-time dog owners we were on the right track with training and routines before our 11-week-old puppy starts the puppy training school at 4 months. Josh is knowledgeable about many topics, and not only he's great with dogs, but he also provides excellent coaching to owners. Josh was very pleasant and helpful, and we found the session very useful.
