While this is difficult to read, we believe honest feedback — even when it's hard — makes us better, and we appreciate you sharing yours.<br><br>We want to be transparent on a few things:<br><br>Regarding the contract language about negative reviews: this clause was inherited when we purchased the business and should never have remained in our agreements. It does not reflect our values, we have never enforced it, and we are removing it from our contracts immediately. We genuinely believe every customer has the right to share their honest experience, and we're sorry that language made you feel otherwise.<br><br>Regarding trainer consistency: you're right, and we own that. When you were with us, we were in the middle of a significant and honestly difficult transition. We had inherited a team that wasn't the right fit, and we were actively working to rebuild — but that process took time, and in the meantime, some of our clients experienced exactly what you described: a lack of consistency and no clear path forward. That wasn't fair to you or your dogs, and we're sorry.<br><br>We recognize this experience took place over a year ago, and we share this response not to minimize what you went through, but to be accountable and to show readers how seriously we've taken that period of our growth. Since then, we've brought in an outside training consultant, rebuilt our program from the ground up, and assembled an entirely new team we're genuinely proud of. The experience we're delivering today looks very different from the one you had, and we wish it had been that way from the start.<br><br>We're glad you were refunded for unused services and we hope your dogs are thriving. We understand we didn't earn your continued trust, but we hope this response shows that we've taken your concerns — and those of others — seriously.<br><br>To anyone reading this: we'd welcome the chance to show you who Canine Kingdom is today.
