Our dogs love coming here. The staff as a whole is amazing and we have seen a lot of progression with our dogs behavior and training. Would recommended them!
Very strange company... I saw their ad in the paper, advertising their grooming services (among other things). Within the printed ad was a coupon for $15 off a bath/groom. Very strange company... I saw their ad in the paper, advertising their grooming services (among other things). Within the printed ad was a coupon for $15 off a bath/groom. I quickly called the place and sadly got their VM... tis is fine, left a VM inquiring about their services, asked for a quote (detailed my dog's exact breed), and asked for a call back. Been 4 hours and no call back... again, things happen. However, got a text saying we missed your call, how can we help? Texted back I am looking for a quote, found your ad in the paper, and to book. Got a "Yes we're busy, please make an appointment" as a response... quite rude. Reiterated I am looking for a quote. No response. Business is doing a poor job in gaining business in their inaction/rudeness.

We had a great experience here! The trainers are friendly and very knowledgeable. They always answer our questions and really do a great job of explaining how we can help our pup at home! The best part is the ability to socialize our dog with other trained dogs! We also loved the groomer - she made sure she knew exactly what we were looking for and how we wanted him to look!
