Canine Karma Dog Training

My dog Lucy just spent 2 months doing a board and train with Canine Karma! It was originally scheduled for 45 days however I had some traveling so she stayed a little longer. Her results are unbelievable! She was a relatively good dog when I brought her but she needed some behavior modifications. She was reactive to other dogs and people. She was a jumper and a barker. She ate anything on the floor, especially napkins. And worst of all she was terrible on a leash. After her training she is such an ANGEL! She walks perfectly on the leash, she ignores other people and most other dogs (we are still working on that), she doesn’t eat everything in sight, and she is a lot calmer! David and Isabella are amazing trainers and people! They were in constant communication and giving updates! They answered any questions I had! After I took Lucy home they checked in frequently! I would highly recommend using their services! In fact I am going out of town for July 4th and I’m excited to bring Lucy back for a boarding. I know she is in the absolute best hands!

We cannot thank David and Isabella enough for helping us reset our relationship with our 5 year old GSD. They’ve helped us bring structure to her formerly overstimulated environment, reset some bad manners, and, most importantly, helped us learn how to support our girl at home. Their continued support since we brought her home has been invaluable. We can’t wait to continue working with them so our girl lives her happiest life (now with some boundaries).

We cannot recommend Canine Karma - David and Isabela - more highly. We got a puppy and were very quickly overwhelmed. We had no idea what to do and were likely going to have to return the dog to the breeder. We are so fortunate we found Canine Karma. They boarded our dog for a month and he came home a new dog. More than that, they helped train us so we could then keep his progress going, and were available to us for weeks after he returned home. We just completed a follow up visit and continue to see great progress with our puppy. He is happy and so are we. If you have any issues with your dog - small or big - They can help your dog and you too.

My husband & I love working with Dave and his team to train our puppies! Our dogs are doing amazing and we saw a huge difference in their behavior after only a couple of weeks! From advice on quality food and training, Dave is very informative and patient when he is explaining and teaching. We are still his students along with our pups Daisy & Poppy. My relationship with my dog, Atlas, has improved drastically thanks to the training and support we’ve received in working with Canine Karma Training! We did the 45-day board and train program and transitioned Atlas to a raw diet. I had reached the end of my rope in my attempts to manage his needs for physical and mental stimulation when I had dropped him off. He had severe separation anxiety and I felt overwhelmed and lost. We had a comprehensive “going home” lesson where I was given a sample schedule for high, med, and low structure routines and was able to take notes where I left feeling confident, reassured, and committed to maintaining his progress. We’ve since been able to maintain the high structure schedule based on their system and have gotten support through virtual training check-ins. Also, with the help of an e-collar they’ve shown me how to use this as a tool to communicate with my dog by pairing my verbal commands with physical cues - this version of Atlas is the most obedient, joyful, and confident he’s ever been! Our quality of life has improved tremendously 😅
