We brought our 6 month old puppy, Marley, to Natalia after a lot of research into obedience training. No one came close to her experience with all types of breeds. The facility is the best. A sprawling, fenced in, 5 acre parcel to train and play. The kennel was air conditioned, clean and roomy. She gave us a tour of the facility, and answered all questions. We were able to visit Marley a couple times a week. Natalia is dedicated and thoroughly enjoys her craft. Her 16 years of experience and attention to the slightest details made such a huge difference in the results. I received daily video updates on her training as well as Marley just being a puppy. When we picked Marley up, we received a training session, explanations of the commands, and how and why they work. It was clear the amount of expertise and effort that went into her training. I couldn't be happier with the results.

Our male Miniature Schnauzer, Benji, was trained by Natalia Balabanov. Benji was less than a year old at the time and stayed at her facility for a 6+ week period. His care and training was, without doubt, unmatchable! Natalia has unique qualities as a trainer, which is best expressed by her demonstration of knowledge, kindness, patience and quiet way, yet having the necessary firmness needed to train even the most difficult of dogs. To the dog owner she interacts in a professional, yet friendly and appreciative manner. Her training facility is clean, safe and protective for the dog. Veterinary care is available if needed. There are thousands of dog trainers out there. How do you know who to pick? Look no further. You have found the one. You just won the lottery. Natalia competes with Malinois at the World Class level, trains K-9s and trains trainers, so obviously she knows what she is doing. And the reason Natalia is THAT good, in my opinion, is because she truly understands dogs.... not just champion dogs, not just K-9s, but your dog and my dog.
