Canine Guidance Center

Canine Guidance Center is a wonderful places for dogs of all ages and stages (we brought our puppy as soon as she was rescued along with our 11 year old lab and they both LOVE it). They come home happy and exhausted, and are so well behaved with all other dogs when we are out and about. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about all breeds and personalities and make us feel like our dogs are the favorites! My only wish is that I could go with my dog!

Phoebe loves going to CGC for day care. She is a 15 month old golden doodle. Spencer trained her as soon as we got her and he has continued to train her when she comes for day care. He was very sensitive to our family dynamics: we were concerned about our 5 year old granddaughter Falcon being afraid of this new puppy jumping on her. Spencer included Falcon in his training, making Falcon more at ease, and teaching her, as well as us, the most effective way to train Phoebe. Phoebe is a fabulous, happy , well adjusted dog. Spencer has a special understanding of dogs; he has created a wonderful day care setting for dogs to play together. Phoebe thrives being part of his pack

We adopted our dog, Molly (a rescue), two years ago. As a puppy, she was sweet and we had no issues. However, around the age of one, Molly slowly became dog aggressive, fearful, and extremely submissive to the point she would pee whenever we would acknowledge her. Over the two years we've had her, Molly slowly became the dog that we could not take on a walk. After trying other trainers, we thankfully found the Canine Guidance Center. Robert was beyond knowledgeable and patient as he helped us understand Molly. In a short two months, Molly has now become part of Robert's pack. She is able to be around and play with the other dogs at the center. She no longer pees when we acknowledge her, and we have slowly been taking her on short walks in our neighborhood with other dogs around. She is still a work in progress, but she has made great strides thanks to The Canine Guidance Center. We highly recommend The Canine Guidance Center as a dog center or even more importantly, as a place to help struggling dogs and their owners.
