We were not provided an apartment number and therefore could not come to your door, at the time of your scheduled appointment, to inquire. When we called upon arrival, someone answered the phone and hung up. A subsequnt email on the day of the amissed appointment received no response. We received no communication from you for a week after the scheduled appointment time. No communicationof any kind was received until a demand for payment was sent, 7 days after your missed appointment. Although I do understand that emergencies occur,we do feel that your contact information was not complete without an apartment number. We also feel that some form of communication within 7 days after the missed appointment was a reasonable expectation.<br>I am required to pay my staff for their time, including time spent attempting to reach a client at the time of a misssed appointment, as well as providing gas for my vehicle to reach your location.
