Canine Country School LLC

I have refereed many friends of mine who need dog sitting/boarding/ training to Canine Country School! I know people that come from the Roaring Fork Valley to bring their dogs for training, even though they have other "closer" options. This is a beautiful property on the Colorado River. You will love it and so will your dogs!

Terena Thomas and her staff take such amazing care of your pup, that he/she won't want to leave. Terena has created a fun but safe zone for you pets. She has "the yard" fenced off so different energy dogs can play as they want. And if you have a shy dog like we did, she let's them stay on the, elevated fenced off , deck. CCS is simply the best!

Our Charley has been there several times, and always comes home extremely happy —in the summer. She loves swimming, and in the winter playing in the snow, and the staff is very fond of her as she is of them.

The Canine Country School is the only place that I will trust my pups. Terena Thomas is a highly skilled and intuitive animal behaviorist and she has exceptionally high standards for her staff. They are all amazing as well. It's a little out of the way but well worth the effort. Your pups will be happy, well cared for and more importantly LOVED!!!
