As a professional trainer myself, I refer clients to their team and know they will be well cared for. I also have spent my time off as a student with them. I appreciate their upbeat and dog-friendly approach to training. I never worry about the care of any human or dog in their care. I cannot say enough wonderful things about CCA! I have had the pleasure to work with 3 of their trainers and the owner. I met Paula when I reached out to her in desperation over my 9 YO dog's sudden anxiety/agression after moving to a new house. Paula was so patient with me and suggested that I needed to also see a certified animal behaviorist. Which I had already scheduled an appointment. Paula new the behaviorist and asked is she could attend Loki's initial consultation. Paula took copious notes while in the consultation. Following the consultation with the behaviorist, Paula suggest we try scent training work with Loki to help with his confidence levels. We are approaching our 6 and final week of the first round of classes and have loved every minute of it. Loki is having so much fun, increasing his confidence and is pretty good at the sniffing game! I have had a chance to work with 3 of their trainers during this course and they are all amazing and sooooo patient and provide so many facts about dogs and their capabilities in scent work. As a scientist, I have loved getting to learn a bit myself. Just signed Loki up for the next set of classes and can't wait to see what he learns next!
