Unlike many places we don’t delete negative reviews, instead we answer them. <br>First- dehydration. Our canine clientele are rotated around the clock to many different areas to prevent boredom and frustration. Every area, with the exception of sleeping quarters ( after 10:00 pm) has open water bowl access continuously. I am very knowledgeable on dehydration effects as I work my FEMA K9s in brutal hot and cold environments. Chloe did not appear dehydrated and the vet report ( the portion shared with me) did not validate that claim. <br>Weight loss- possibly? She was given exact amount of food specified by owners in addition to treats etc. Also, she underwent a very active training program with alot of exercise. She did not seem underweight to me or an entire group of professional trainers at my facility days prior. <br>Out of town- I refuse to apologize for attending A FEMA training with my personal K9s and those in the Federal system where human lives are lost or saved due to the amazing capability of a search and rescue dog. By the way, it was 2 days and Chloe continued training while I was away. You aren’t entitled an explanation. <br>Rubs or slight skin abrasions- yes- I explained and demonstrated numerous times to you during our almost 2 hour go home class that licking and chewing is a displacement behavior that Chloe possesses that must be managed. <br>You refused to allow me to speak with your vet or visit my vet. You remained happily at my shop and voiced huge amounts of praise for the training skills we taught Chloe. <br>I’m very disappointed you have chosen to not be associated with my company. I’m even more saddened by the fantastic group of other clients/ owners and trainers that you will miss the privilege of working with at this facility. <br>I gave you a bed, a leash, a collar- all without charge. I apologized for the (minor) skin rubs Chloe had and offered management suggestions. <br>We wish you much success with the path you and your family choose for Chloe.
