I cannot say enough good things about this facility and the incredible staff. I have attended lessons with three of my dogs, and the experience has been amazing every time. Not only have my dogs learned valuable skills, but I have also learned how to be a better, more confident dog owner. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely care about the well-being of every dog. It’s clear that they go above and beyond to create a positive environment and look out for both the dogs and their owners. A special thank you to Sarah Richardson, who has always been supportive of me and my dogs no matter the situation. Her knowledge, patience, and encouragement have made such a difference in our journey. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality training, caring staff, and a place that truly wants to help dogs and their owners succeed.

Sarah is amazing. You can tell her and her staff all genuinely love dogs and understanding their behavior. We came to Sarah with a reactive kelpie mix from the tehama county shelter and she quickly helped us manage and improve her behaviors. Using Sarah’s methods and training philosophies we have taken a dog who would lunge, bark and growl at other dogs and people to a dog we can reliably introduce to new dogs and people. I’ve had dogs for over 60 years, the Canine Connection is the best, most Professional and most loving Dog resource I have ever experienced. Training with Dr. Sarah Richardson and her staff is a joy. My Camp Fire dog Shadow was made to feel comfortable And safe so she could learn new things (she had a troubled history). My English Shepherd puppy, Charley was brought out of his shell into the amazing “teenager” he is today during his Pup 1 class. Sarah hires the best, dog loving and knowledgeable staff ... my dogs love them❤️. I also want to shout out to Sarah whom I worked with during the Camp Fire, caring for the lost dogs (including my future Shadow and her Rudy). She was tireless ❤️❤️❤️

Canine Connection is the best. Maui is the 4th Golden Retriever I have taken to Dr. Sarah and her team. Our pug Stella is also receiving their services.
