We love seeing Oakley (formerly known as Tawney) see thrive with you. Skye and Oakley are the perfect match for each other and I could have not asked for a better home for her. Her previous owner is always happy to see her in pictures and videos. ❤️❤️❤️

This is beyond ridiculous. When you arrived YOU should have given your dog a consequence, I cannot do that for you because we have no relationship whatsoever and I don't know you nor your dog in that moment. I don't go around randomly correcting other peoples dogs that just walked through my door. That is a good way to get bit or sued! You have a 7 month old Shepherd, it's the classic age to be reactive! A young dog that is reactive and we had him for three days. We did not ignore you at all. We were closed due to white out conditions which your husband ASKED us about before hand. We sent out notifications for that too, he was set up for his first training class on Sunday, which we notified him upfront about that we would have to reschedule due to weather. A 7 month old reactive dog is NOTHING NEW to us. Every German Shepherd that walks through our door is reactive, every Heeler is reactive, every Corgi is reactive. He not once showed any aggression towards us, he not once had any issues being handled by us but you never even let us do our job. You literally pulled him THREE days after he started. Reactivity is not fixed over night. Reactivity takes involvement from the owner. Reactivity does not go away within just three days. If you don't understand how dogs develop that's not our fault. And then the audacity to say we ignored you. We did NOT ignore you. I never told you that he is not reactive, I told you that his reactivity is fairly common at his age because the majority of German Shepherd Dogs go through phases and stages of reactivity. I was also not yelling at you at all. We work with reactive and aggressive dogs on a daily basis but it's not fixable within just three days and I refuse to use methods that will shut a dog down within that short period of time. There are different ways to fix reactivity a quick fix ain't it. I am glad you found a trainer that was able to help you but I refuse to take this level of abuse.

Thank you Tanja, for coming all the way from Germany to trust us with your puppy for an entire year to train her as a Service Dog. Coming here, in the middle of a pandemic, with a puppy, is a huge undertaking. We are taking great pride that you have chosen our training facility. So far, Amy is a fantastic prospect and we'll have a lot of fun working with her.
