Canine College, Bow Wow Resort

Honestly wanted to give this location a good review but after an incident and no call back from the owners I am beyond disappointed. My dog was injured during the 2 hour evaluation he had to see if he was a good fit for daycare almost a month ago. Now in the 2 hours he was there to see his interaction with the other dogs you would think they were watching him. When I went to pick him up his nose was bleeding. I asked how he was injured. They told me that they didn't know but they thought it might have been on the fence. After a couple hours my dogs nose started swelling and the vet suggested I brought him in. She told me she thought it was a puncture from another dogs tooth and he ended up on antibiotics and antihistamines for 7 days. When I called to inform the owner of what the vet said and tell them how much it costs the girl on the phone told me they would call me back and most likely cover the cost of the vet bill. Almost a month later and several failed attempts to get in touch with the owner I am stuck with this vet bill I had to settle due to their negligence. Someone should have been watching my dog and this whole issue should have been avoided. Not sure why they would have me bring him there for a 2 hour evaluation to just lock him in a kennel with other dogs and not watch him.
