If you are in need of any type of dog training and want to make sure your pup is in good hands, you are in the right place! Canine Coach Academy does a wonderful job in keeping you informed and sending you plenty of update pictures when your dog is in training. Mikayla is a rockstar dog trainer and truly loves each dog she is around. She doesn’t try to conform your dog and take away their unique qualities or what makes them, them. Avie had an amazing few weeks training and now is fully off leashed trained with an e-collar. Our relationship is much more positive since I trust her recall is 100% and she can handle her social self around new dogs/people. Thank you Mikayla!

I have two high drive working line dogs, a German Shepherd and a Doberman, and I’m so grateful to have Canine Coach Academy as my go-to for structured boarding whenever I go out of town. Mikayla ensures to give the dogs an amazing time, while also being diligent to maintain clear and strict behavioral boundaries. She takes great care as to not compromise the integrity of my own personal training for the sport of IGP and is my go-to partner for behavioral modification as well as my thought partner on anything sport related.

Mikayla is absolutely amazing. She consulted me to help me find the best dog for me and that was a major success. I couldn't be more happy with my new buddy. Then with training him (German Shepherd), She helped me break almost all of his bad habits over zoom calls! Within a couple weeks my new dog was more well behaved than the other dogs I've had over the course of my whole life. Everywhere I take him, people compliment me on how good I am with controlling him as if I was a master dog trainer. My confidence goes through the roof when I get that, which is almost every day. What a fabulous experience for both Sierra and me! I was so pleased with what Mikayla accomplished in the two weeks Sierra stayed with her and trained. Once home she continued supporting us and insured I did the right things with Sierra to maintain the training results. Having used two other well known training services without positive results, I was pleased with Mikayla’s approach. She said she trains the dog first, then trains the owner so both are on the same page - so true.
