Ahhh. Where do I start? I began early on calling and bugging Linda for advice before we even picked up our puppy, and before I had signed up for any classes. She was so patient and great giving me a wealth of helpful information on getting our home ready, and the best way to transport our new puppy home from Kansas. Once Linda was able to open up the facility after COVID-19 hit, we signed up for puppy classes right away. It was a pleasant to surprise to realize she was the SAME instructor that we had 13 years ago through Pets Mart, when our late sweet Molly took her classes. I had already taught the puppy some of the skills that Linda had showed us 13 years prior! I can't say enough wonderful things about her, and her program. The puppy classes can be a bit overwhelming, but she provides you with documents and YouTube videos to help prepare you and give you something to look back on for reference. The idea is to give you all the tools that are available, and then you can pick and choose what you would personally like to zone in on according to your particular goals and needs. Linda does a great job of explaining the reasoning behind the skills she teaches, and how canines think and why. So you really get more than just how to teach your dog simple commands. You start to understand their behaviors on a much deeper level. We are so glad we completed her Puppy Package, and are defiantly going to look in to future classes. Highly recommended to everyone I know looking for a great baseline of training skills that will help you learn to live with your new addition for many years to come.

Nah. Brought two adopted dogs to this trainer. Spent a great deal of money and close to one and a half years working with her and the dogs. Minimal improvement. What a lot of wasted time and money. This trainer moves slowly, and expects to see you for years, for dogs "with issues". I still regret all the money and time that I wasted attending countless group and private training sessions, not to mention the effort that I put into working with the dogs at home, following her "lesson plan". Choose someone else, someone that either has extensive experience working with imperfect adopted dogs, or who can promise you results. This trainer meets neither of those recommendations.
