FirstBarkOur puppy Peach had a great time at puppy training camp when she was 5 months old and we sent her back at 10 months old for more training. Lex definitely shows love and trained Peach so well. She came back a different dog and is much calmer and listens much better. It was overall a great experience and I would trust any dog with any of the trainers. Great experience.

Canine by Design has been wonderful to work with. A few weeks with our dog Rev and we knew we needed help. He did their puppy training program and it made a drastic different. Since then they have been helpful with any questions we have had and we regularly use them for boarding. Rev loves them and it is so nice to have people you trust that you can rely on.

My experience with Canine by design was extremely disappointing. From the first conversation in the discovery process with Jason of what my needs for my pet were, to the introductory in person consult and every communication in between as well as my pets exit meeting to transition him home til now, almost 4 weeks being at home the communication, follow up, follow through, professionalism, customer care, and delivery of promised set expectations within my purchased program have been neglected. I have had to make several attempts to get information, weekly updates, delivery on expectations promised to be delivered that were always either late, forgotten about or neglected altogether. I was never given the opportunity to ask questions u til I made it known I had no idea what the process was. I should have had atleast one at home visit by now at the minimum and have not heard from anyone and so on. Aftet 6vweeks with the team, My dog still exhibits fear, insecurity, and paranoia. Out of all of this I would like to give positive credit to his trainer. Alexa is an amazing individual and trainer. She trains with patience, structure and compassion. However, the organization, procedures, processes, and delivery in multiple areas is very underwhelming and unsatisfactory. I would recommend Jason and his crew for any possible obedience training but for anyone whi is need of behavioral therapy for their pup, this is not the place. I invested such a large sum of my finances only to be over promised and under delivered. Good luck to those who choose this organization for more than basic obedience Training. Amber is an amazing trainer. Our family has really enjoyed working with her. She’s made it so easy to see a transformation in our dog who is much happier and well trained now. We absolutely recommend her!

We bought the 6 session package to have the trainer come once a week. We immediately saw such an improvement with both dogs with just the first session. Lex is awesome and is very knowledgeable and was able to give us great tips to get our dogs on the right path on our goals. We haven't completed our sessions yet but both dogs are great at loose leash walking and dog neutrality with only 3 sessions in. Highly recommend Canine by Design!
