Have your dog trained without any overnight boarding! Drop your dog off for daycare plus training in the mornings and take your dog home in the evenings. Your dog will be able to: wait at the door, sit, walk on a loose leash, come when called, place on an elevated object, and stop any unwanted behavior (off command). Alex at canine academy was absolutely incredible! . He was very polite, professional, and very straight forward with our training. He’s has been wonderful at checking in and seeing if I have any questions. I felt very comfortable and at ease by the end of our visit and thanks to him I now feel more confident and knowledgeable in the work I’m doing with my dog Harley!

I just sent my 2 Belgian Malinois through Boarding Training with Alex. He certainly had his work cut out for him. He was so patient in going over all that they’ve learned with us as well as answering questions and making himself available even after they left the facility. These are like two new dogs. They actually listen, and interestingly enough want to listen and I can walk them and do everything I want to with them. One even took off from me getting out of the car, and I was able to get her to come and return to me. The peace of mind, knowing that they are safe and that others are safe, makes me so happy -more than I can express. Our lives and their lives will be changed forever because now they can go with us and live their best lives! Thanks Alex ❤️🐕

Best decision ever! I had all but given up on my 12 year old poodle, once described as an evil cotton ball with teeth! Given my dog’s age, the board and train program would be too stressful so I opted for private lessons. Instead of training my dog, Alex taught ME how to train her. At each lesson, we worked together to refine MY skills as my dog’s personal trainer. I was so proud of both my dog and myself when we passed the basic obedience skills test. Alex has given me the tools, knowledge and confidence I need to continue her journey as a calmer, more balanced companion.

Kayla’s training style is patient, positive, and effective.
