VERY DISAPPOINTED, CANINE ACADEMY! Long story short I signed up online for a dog class. I then spoke to someone the follow day (Wednesday) and said I would call back to make my class enrollment payment. I called back FRIDAY (of the same week) and didn't receive a call back until Monday stating they gave my spot away.. Very odd considering I called on a Friday to make my payment. I have a call with Lisa P (owner) this morning hopefully she can make it right. If not I will leave this up for all other dog owners to see they have poor business ethics and poor communication skills.

Amazing training for our golden. He is so great with our two boys because of his off leash training. We also did some of the classes which was just as helpful to train us.

If you like to be reminded that the reason the owners business is booming and she lives in a nicer house is because you can't't control your dog and it's the place for you and your dog. Very arrogant owner. One of her philosophies for correction is if a dog isn't listening to make a closet a time-out room and close the door and leave it for a few minutes. Really?

The trainers are knowledgeable and caring. This place takes care of everything...from basic training to boarding. And they are adjacent to the Vet. What could be easier?
