I can’t say enough good things about Deb and Rex as trainers! When I first brought my dogs in, they were fearful in public and only obeyed when they felt like it. It only took one class to see a noticeable difference in their confidence and manners and they are still improving. The trainers took the time to build my dogs confidence and explained what they were doing and why every step of the way so I could continue the lessons at home. Instead of having them pull and drag me everywhere, I’m now able to walk them on a loose leash and have even had several people compliment me on what well behaved dogs I have. I am so very glad that I was inturduced to Deb and Rex Campbell. They have helped to teach me the basics of dog obedience to help me intruduce my new puppy at the time with my 4 other dogs. When I asked for extra help as my puppy is growing big and very strong I knew I was in over my head with her. She is a german shepard full of reaction towards other dogs but loves humans. They took her into full care for a month and it really helped a lot. I know I still need to learn and will learn more as they continue to help me. I am more than thankful to have Deb and Rex here in our town with K-9 University. I am so ready to learn more.

Campbell K9 University is wonderful. Deb & Rex Campbell are a wealth of knowledge. Their teaching techniques are easy to follow and easy to implement. The facility is very nice and the classes are very organized and structured. The class period flies by and the dogs learn so much so quickly! We have two St Bernard "puppies", Sophie 1 1/2 & Gabriel 8 months, they are both 120lbs +. Sophie is "busy" and has learned all of the basic commands, I have learned to not let her "work" me! She is very smart. Gabriel has learned all of the basic commands and is starting his 2nd basic class. He is "low energy" but equally as smart. When he gets tired he lays down......even during drills lol. I am repeating the basic class with both of them because I am getting better......and the socialization is awesome! Both dogs are large and this seems to make some dogs reactive so the practice is great exposure. My experience is with search and rescue where the dog leads the way during a search. I was hesitant to add obedience fearing it would mess with that process. The benefit of trained dogs outweighed the worry and I enrolled both with wonderful results. I can happily report it has had no negative impact on their training with search and rescue. Both Sophie and Gabriel love Deb & Rex and are very excited when we park to "go to school". Great people, great school! If your dog(s) are pulling you around give them a call!!!
