How much would it be to train to be a service dog?
Like Eric said we would need to evaluate the dog prior to going over pricing. Every owner’s needs are different and can vary the program requirements.

Prices vary depending on tasks you need the service dog to be able to do. Dog needs to be checked for proper temperament to see if he/ she qualifies.
What are the prices for 4 day boarding for 2 Pitts?
Hello Michael,
Boarding prices are $38 per day ($35 if you are military or first responder). If they cannot go out into group play during the day there is an additional $4 fee per dog per day. If they can go in the same kennel there is a 25% discount for the second dog.

We had an amazing experience with camp mutt’s training program. My dog, Bentley, was abandoned in a kennel covered with tarp and left in the middle of the forest with no food or drink for God knows how long… needless to say when we rescued him he had some major kennel and separation anxiety. Camp mutt worked wonders and helped Bentley overcome his anxiety and now he actually loves the crate! And the staff was always so sweet and patient with us. They are truly the best!

I love Camp Mutts!! I took my dog to them for a list of behavioral issues; the most concerning was his aggressive behavior towards other dogs. Not only did they perform a miracle and train my dog, but they trained me too! They teach owners how to understand their dogs, and how to utilize techniques such as redirection. They could not train the dislike of other dogs out of Hiccup (some dogs just don’t like dogs, just like some people don’t like people) but the tools they taught us both have made our lives easier. I can take my dog in public now, and he listens 99.9% of the time (when he hears the word bath, all the training eludes him). Not only are they miracle workers but the safety of every dog in their facility matters. I understood (and respected) why my dog could not interact with other dogs, but he still received so much love and affection from the staff (he’s a ham, and loves attention so I’m certain he enjoyed this), and they treated him as if he was one of their own. After his 4 week stay for training we participated in one on one training. Hiccup would get so excited when we pulled into the parking lot. I would happily drive the 2 hours and 30 minutes from Chapel Hill just so Hiccup could stay with them again. They are without a doubt the best facility in all of NC, especially in the Jacksonville/Richlands area.

My dog got out today, we’ve never been to camp mutt. We’ve been looking into them so I gave them a call and asked what they suggested I do to help get her back and they came to my house and helped look for her. She came back home safe and sound now.

Absolute professionals, I am not sure who is learning more us or the dogs. If you are considering somewhere else, you will regret not choosing this place for training, or using any of there other services. Also to add the boarding services here are worth every penny and is the first place that I have ever truly felt comfortable leaving my dogs when I have to go on a trip. In essence Camp Mutt helps to remove alot of the worry when it comes to your dog's so l9ng as you listen and trust them
