Camelot K9 Academy, Chattanooga’s dog training, pet obedience facility is located just North of Chattanooga, TN. Our dog training and boarding facility is located on 5 Acres. They did a great job with our Great Dane puppy.

poor communication on their part put me in a really bad situation. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. In response to the owner's comment. I would have gladly paid a deposit when asked but was not asked (the owner lies in this regard). I never received any paperwork or information; I was never contacted back. The owner insisted I was and yet, there was no call or voice message on my cell and no email in my inbox. Instead of communicating, she chose to blame me for her poor communications. Again, I cannot recommend such a poorly run business to anyone. I was in a bind but I found a wonderful trainer and was provided with proper paperwork; I happily paid my deposit and bill and received wonderful services for my dog. I am so relieved I did not take my dog to this business. Ultimately, I think there was a mix up and the owner made some mistakes; I would have been fine if we had come to that conclusion. Unfortunately, it was very important for the owner to place all blame upon me and take zero responsibilities for her poorly run business That is not the character of someone I want around any member of my family.
