Our sweet Charlie showed noticeable improvement on day one! Because Charlie gets anxious in unfamiliar environments, we opted for in-home training and it was the perfect fit. Each session was hands-on with Sue providing clear, detailed guidance to help me reinforce the training between sessions. I now feel confident and equipped with tools to continue her progress and I know I can reach out to Sue anytime with questions. Charlie is like a whole new dog, especially on walks! Susan with Calm Family Dog Training is not only so convenient with so many packages and options to choose from, but she is truly calm. She speaks in a calm voice and has a very calm presence. Our puppy had so much anxiety and in her sessions, she got him calm and taught us useful tools and skills to incorporate that in his routine and at home. I wish we were as calm and consistent as she is, because our pup certainly doesn't always reflect her quality of training, but he is very much improved, and we have the knowledge we need to keep it going! Sue did a great job with our 5month old puppy. Got lots of updates and available to answer questions. Looking forward to continuing at home!
