Nicole has been an unbelievable trainer for our pup Bruno. He originally was extremely scared and anxiety ridden living on a busy street in NYC. With Nicole's guidance, we have been able to fix issues of separation anxiety as well as anxiety on the street. Bruno absolutely adores working with Nicole because she prioritizes a positive reinforcement approach to training. As long time clients of CCA, we give our strongest recommendation!

My husband and I were skeptical about virtual training, but it turned out we were apprehensive for nothing! We enrolled our puppy in the Feisty Fido program and have slowly begun seeing some positive (relaxing!) changes in our high-drive, go-go-go, doesn't-know-how-to-relax, Mal puppy. The trainers at CCA gave us all the tools and resources to be the best trainer our puppy needed and were very responsive if we had any issues crop up or questions we needed answered. I would highly recommend them and plan to take their advanced class in the future!

We did a Zoom consultation with Ingrid who was so patient (we had a lot to discuss!), kind, and knowledgable. Ingrid made us feel in control and provided us with games and strategies to help our often-anxious 3-year-old rescue feel calm and secure in stressful situations. We are already seeing a difference in our dog's behavior after only a few days of implementing the strategies, and we feel confident knowing that Ingrid is around if we need to schedule another session or have more questions. LOVE these trainers and courses - my puppy came on in leaps and bounds once we started the puppy course and the Calm Canine course. It also helped ME understand how to deal with his behaviours and look for the underlying issues - and how not to be a pushy Mum! Trainers were always so good with feedback on the multiple videos I sent in for evaluation - timely and informative! The most important aspect for me is that it is totally NON AVERSIVE - we look at the true issue and deal with that in a positive non intimidating way!
