California Canine Dog Training

I have been going here for almost four years, the age of my Doodle. It is now under a different name, but same friendly staff and trainers. We went through Puppy pre-k, basic manners, agility, and obedience classes. We also took the Canine Good Citizen and Certified Therapy Dog tests here, and we passed! We've rented the gym for a 1st birthday party and private playtime. We currently attend playgroup every week, it is the best time for the pups, especially when it is wet outside.

The staff and well organized/regimented classes will completely transform your four legged life. No where else has better space or amount of classes to suit your needs; recall workshops, incremental obedience, super fun agility (for puppy bonding too!), play groups, pack walks, etc. The staff has a ton of experience to help with your dog, no matter its age or how stubborn. They have awesome toy, treat and accessory options to buy that compliment lessons learned from the class. Also, it’s my puppies favorite place to be!

This place has simply changed names from "Zoom Room" to "California Canine", though the owner and everything else is still the same. I've had friends who recommended I come here, when I adopted my rescue dog. I paid $165.00 for five classes ($33.00 each). Sure, it's a bit of an investment, but I want my dog to learn basic commands plus the training should bond us even more. Ratna is very patient, and she is a dog whisperer. I wasn't quite understanding the way to get my dog to sit. Though there were five dogs (far ahead of us in training), she patiently came over and in two seconds...bam! My dog sat. The facility is clean, and there are some quality dog training products to buy. I'm really glad that the classes are on Saturday afternoon, since I work during the week. Parking is ample, in the back of the building (I never noticed that in all these years). My dog had fun, and it is great socialization for him to be around other dogs-- and for me, it's fun to meet other dog owner enthusiasts. Highly recommend.

Ratna and her team at California Canine Dog Training are absolutely amazing. They put the the dog's best interest first and truly understand dog behavior. I even drive from the bay area to visit and seek guidance from time to time. We did agility training with them for over a year and Satchmo @satchmothecorgi is absolutely amazing and most of the credit goes to Ratna and her team. Mariah has been extremely helpful when it comes to scheduling and following up about classes. A truly amazing establishment, worth every penny spent!
