Cali K9 Los Angeles Dog Training

The Cali K9 board and train program is phenomenal. While we’ve had other dogs previously. This is the first time we’ve had a Doberman. We tried an alternate training program and noticed she would benefit from a more comprehensive and professional experience. We chose to make this investment with Cali K9 and couldn’t be happier. While it was the first time we’ve gone through a board and train program and the time away was a challenge. Cali K9 and their team made the preparation and planning easy. Everyone took the time to make sure we didn’t have any questions or hesitation. You can tell they truly care and are passionate about what they do. They take the time to learn about you, your pup, the relationship between you both, your goals and challenges. We looked towards the weekly updates to see our pups progress. While we missed her we knew she was happy and being cared for through the videos and taking on all the benefits of the program through the trainers updates that were shared with the weekly phone call. Thank you to Madison, Drew, Devon, and Candace for taking such great care of our pup. The board and train phase has been an incredible foundation and kickstart into the rest of the Cali K9 program.

We sent our Rottie, Gemma, to Cali K9 North for their 4-week board and train program, and she was transported safely to their North Hollywood location. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. Before training, Gemma was skittish and somewhat reactive, which made walks a challenge. During her stay, she even went into heat, but the team was incredibly understanding and accommodating, allowing her to continue training comfortably and successfully. After working with Candace and Devin, Gemma is a calmer dog, more confident, and attentive. Her walks are smooth and enjoyable, she follows commands beautifully, and she is a much happier dog overall -- and so are we! A special thank-you to Drew for the weekly updates and videos -- we looked forward to them every time and loved seeing her progress. We also want to thank Madison for answering all our questions and calming any doubts we had before and after signing her up. We're so grateful to Candace, Devin, Drew, Madison, and the entire Cali K9 North Hollywood team for their care, professionalism, and dedication. The results truly speak for themselves!

I'd like to send a shout out as the online Outdoor Challenge program is helping Athena with impulse control. I was so happy this morning. I opened up the garage door and didn't notice the cat laying in the yard, but Athena did. She stopped beside me and looked up at me, I didn't know what she was trying to tell me until I did a scan of the front yard and saw the cat. Oh, and she is no longer bothered by the noise the trash bin makes when I walk it up and down the driveway. I do need to work on her sit before we go out side or she will turned me in circles and make me sick. I am the one recovering from a brain injury and Jas gave me encouragement and said that I just need to take it slow and it will be done. Bless him!!!
