I was unaware I had missed an appointment and I offered to pay for my missed appointment to make up for the slot missed, but was rejected. Not very reasonable , even after I offered to pay full price for my missed appointment

Hi Tiffany, Your last appointment was November 28, 2023. When the appointment was missed, we called you multiple times and left messages for you to call us (with no response). We made an exception in grooming your dog, as we were no longer taking on new clients. Your dog also required special care that we accommodated. Given that our attempts to contact you went unanswered, it is unreasonable to expect us to begin grooming your dog a year later. I hope that in the time since, you have been able to find a groomer that can accommodate your needs.

I've been trying to look for a groomer for where we looking to moving to. I was impressed with the conversation. I did not get her name but she was amazing! Was not impatient, answered all of my many questions kindly and completely. If I do move to the area I will definitely give them a shot with my fur baby
