At a year and a half old, we decided we needed professional training for our retriever, as my husband wanted to hunt him , but we knew he needed proper training to be safe and successful. Joe Scarpy, owner of Bull Valley Retrievers, provided excellent training and advice and after many years, we are still learning valuable skills from him. We are very grateful to Joe and appreciate all the support he provides to us. Just ended our 5th hunting season and it was great!!! Thanks Joe!!!

I had a 3 month old Labrador retriever that Joe and his colleagues trained into a great field dog. As a first time dog owner, the team at Bull Valley Retrievers was very helpful in assisting me with all the growing pains of training a bird dog.

Joe took my dog for three months and I was amazed how he transformed his behavior to a well mannered and a great upland hunting dog..If I decide to get another lab I will go back to Joe..

Joe Scarpy of Bull Valley Retrievers trained me to train my Labrador Retriever. Joe did an excellent job in training and guiding me. This is my first working dog and by the time she was three, she had her Hunting Retrieving Championship title and her Upland Hunter title. We would have not been able to be as successful if it wasn’t for Joe Scarpy.
